This program is designed for students to understand the role of chemical solutions, polymer materials, and elements in wafer fabrication, the trace measurement techniques required by the semiconductor industry (such as determining the content of inorganic and organic ions in ultrapure water used for wafer cleaning), and the environmental impact and sustainability of the semiconductor industry (such as the waste acids, alkalis, and solvents used in wafer cleaning).
