※ Regarding seminar leave, please take note of the following regulations:
1. A maximum of three absences is allowed per semester.
2. If absent, you must attend a seminar in another group as a make-up.
3. Leave requests must be submitted in advance by e-mail, with the reason and the planned make-up session indicated.
4. Absences without prior notice will be reported (cc’d) to your advisor and taken into consideration in the evaluation of Seminar.
5. If a student is found asking another to sign in or submit notes on their behalf, the case will be publicly announced and points will be deducted from the Seminar grade.
