1. Application Period:
August 4 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2025.
2. Eligible Applicants:
Undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students who have completed at least one semester of study at NSYSU.
3. Application Procedure:
(1) Starting immediately, applicants may download the application form from the Office of Academic Affairs website or obtain a hard copy from the Registration Division (hereafter referred to as “the Division”).
(2) After completing the application form, submit it along with an official transcript to your home department (or degree program) and then to the Division for preliminary review. If you are unable to apply in person, you may authorize a representative to apply on your behalf. Late applications will not be accepted.
(3) On August 20, the Division will forward the application forms and supporting documents (such as the minor/double major program requirements) to the intended department or degree program for review.
