1. Application Period
From August 18 to August 29, 2025 (until 5:00 p.m.).
This application period is primarily designated for newly admitted students of the 2025–2026 academic year, who may apply for credit transfer of courses previously completed at other institutions or under different educational systems. Current students who wish to apply for credit exemption based on courses already completed within the University are not subject to this application period and may submit applications at any time in accordance with the regulations.
2. Application Procedures
(1) Starting today, please visit the Office of Academic Affairs website to download the application form, and select the form corresponding to the credit transfer item you wish to apply for.
(2) After completing the application form, attach the official transcript of academic records and the course syllabus, and submit them to the deparment office for review.
A. For major courses, please submit the application to your respective department for review.
B. For general education courses, please submit the application to the Siwan College for review.
(3) The application process is detailed in Attachment 1: "Credit Transfer Application Flowchart."
