3. Required Document
Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements shall, during the application period, submit the “高英士 Research Scholarship Application Form” and the “NSYSU Department of Chemistry Scholarship Application Form.” After completing the forms, please submit them together with the required documents (official transcript of academic records, one research report, proof of not receiving any other scholarships, a copy of ARC card and Student ID card, and other supporting documents) to the Department Office within the specified deadline.
