Requirements

1.自傳或履歷。 Autobiography or Curriculum vitae.

2.留學計畫書一份。 Study Plan.

3.請依據所選擇之授課語言，提供英語或華語測驗證書：

Please submit English or Chinese proficiency certificate according to the track you choose:

●未符合免附英語能力證明標準者，成績須達：iBT-TOEFL79分 / IELTS 5.5分 / TOEIC 785分 /

TOEFL ITP 570分以上。(符合免繳標準者，需繳交相關證明，參考簡章6、申請文件之說明。)

●Minimum English proficiency: iBT-TOEFL of 79/ IELTS of 5.5/ TOEIC of 785 / TOEFL ITP

of 570.

●華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）進階級（Level 3）或新漢語水平考試（HSK）5級以上。

2.留學計畫書（含研究計畫書）一份。 Study Plan (including research plan).

3.履歷。Curriculum vitae.

4.英語測驗證書 English proficiency certificate:

● 未符合免附英語能力證明標準者，成績須達：iBT-TOEFL79分 / IELTS 5.5分 / TOEIC 785分 /

TOEFL ITP 570分以上。(符合免繳標準者，需繳交相關證明，參考簡章6、申請文件之說明。)

3.履歷。Curriculum vitae.

4.申請博士班另須繳交碩士論文，無碩士論文者可以碩士論文初稿，或相當於碩士論文之著作代替。 Ph.D. program applicants must submit the Master Thesis; draft or equivalent works are acceptable if master thesis is not available.

5.英語測驗證書 English proficiency certificate:

● 未符合免附英語能力證明標準者，成績須達：iBT-TOEFL79分 / IELTS 5.5分 / TOEIC 785分 /

TOEFL ITP 570分以上。(符合免繳標準者，需繳交相關證明，參考6、申請文件之說明。)
