一、對象、名額與獎勵金額 Quota
1.大學部:二、三、四年級各 1 名,每人發給新台幣壹萬元整。
Undergraduate students: 1 for each second, third and fourth grade. NTD10,000 per person.
2.碩士班:二年級以上 1 名,每人發給新台幣壹萬元整。
Graduate students: 1 for second grade and above. NTD10,000 per person.
3.博士班:2 名,每人發給新台幣壹萬元整。(以本國生為優先,至少獎勵 1 名)
Ph.D. students: 2 for all grades. NTD10,000 per person. Local students will be the priority. At least one local student can be awarded.
二、申請期間 Application date
114 年 9 月 12 日 至 114 年 9 月 26 日 止。

三、申請方式 Procedure of application
1.大學部學生無須繳交申請表,獎勵名單依教務處提供名單為準。
Undergraduate students do not need to submit application forms. The list of awards is subject to the Office of Academic Affairs list.
2.符合申請資格者,於申請期間繳交「總翔企業股份有限公司獎學金申請表」, 填妥後連同必備文件於規定期間內繳至系辦。
For other students who meet the qualifications, the application form and required documents have to be submitted to the department office.
四、審核與公告 Review and announcement
審核方式:由本系學術委員會審核。
The applications will be reviewed by the academic committee of the department.
公告方式:得獎名單於 10 月 31 日前公告於本系網頁,並轉知得獎人。
The result will be announced on the department website and inform the awardees by October 31.
五、頒獎 Award ceremony
1.頒獎時間:114 年 11月 8 日(六) 下午假中山化學日當天頒獎。
Date: Nov.8, 2025 (Saturday), NSYSU Chemistry Day
2.頒獎地點:理學院國際會議廳(理 SC1005)
Place: SC1005, College of Science
3.領獎方式:得獎人應親自出席頒獎典禮,無故不到者將失去獲獎資格。
Awardees should attend the ceremony in person, and those who fail to do so will lose their qualifications.
六、義務 Duty
獲獎學生應撰寫感謝函一封致謝『總翔企業股份有限公司』。
Award recipients are required to write a letter of appreciation addressed to “ANATEK Corporation”.
