研究興趣(Research Interests)

1. 有機合成:開發過渡金屬催化反應以及合成上之應用,設計及合成具生物活性的化合物

2. 生物有機化學 : 運用化學的觀念及研究策略來解析生物分子(例: 多醣體、蛋白質), 進而去探討這些分子在生物內的功能。 設計和開發水相有機反應, 以及此在生物化學共軛之相關應用(專一位向性蛋白質修飾)

Our lab is interested in applying chemical strategies to dissect and further understand biological systems. These research efforts include developing methods (with particular interest in transition-metal catalyzed reactions and aqueous reaction systems) for applications in synthesis of biologically active molecules and bioconjugation of small molecule probes/functional motifs onto bio-macromolecules (site-selective chemical modification of proteins).
