自組裝分子單層膜、表面電漿陣列設計、光轉換分子合成及應用、可用於生物標記之高分子奈米顆粒

本實驗室研究方向主要可以分成三部分:
光控分子(photoswitchable)的自組裝單層膜
1.光控分子的合成
2.自組裝單層膜的表徵及其應用於生物偵測

奈米金屬粒的表面電漿陣列設計
1.各種金屬奈米顆粒的合成
2.利用自組裝技術在半導體基材上設計電漿子增強之螢光陣列
3.應用此陣列來做離子以及生物偵測

高分子奈米顆粒
1.帶有官能團的高分子合成
2.發展不同波長且可以光控制的高分子奈米顆粒
3.應用此高分子奈米顆粒於細胞標記及各種離子/小分子偵測
