研究興趣

我們實驗室的研究內容,大致分為四項主題:

1. 有機探針分子的設計及合成,有機合成方法之開發。

2. 開發 發展新穎水相化學鍵結方法並應用於生物分子之共價修飾。進而延伸到固態材料的表面修飾,如奈米粒子或生物晶片。

3. 功能化奈米材料設計 設計及合成功能化奈米材料,結合質譜檢測或光譜分析進而應用在特異性分子的檢測。

3. 化學生物學: 專一位向性蛋白質修飾 將化學的觀念及策略運用在設計功能化的分子,進而研究重要的生物問題上並討論生物大分子的後轉譯修飾及功能。
